I was the last runner on the team. The others met me a few yards out so we could run across the finish line together. Go Running To Stand Still!!
It was the 3rd Ragnar in 6 months... a little crazy but so worth it. This time it was the Wasatch Back so it was on our own home turf. Infact one of my runs was through Oakley which was a lot of fun to be running through familiar land. Our team of 12 consisted of me, Nick, our friend Debby Barney, our Ragnar buddies Trapper and Linz, sister in law Debbie Hilton from Arizona and some of her friends. My friend Summer was supposed to race with us, but she got sick right before and was unable to do it. We ended up finding this guy named Peter. He was our entertainment of the race. He was so busy finding all the people he knew doing the race that we could never find him! We got pretty sick of asking eachother... Where's Peter? I had some difficult runs this time. The distance wasn't too bad, but my runs were pretty Hilly. I think the hardest one was the canyon up to Snow Basin. It was definately the hardest climb I had ever done, but well worth it. Snow Basin is beautiful! It was a great time as usual. These races are a bit addicting to say the least. I already can't wait for the next one!
